1. What is the best way to start?
Sign up under the “Beginner’s Mysore” class time. If that particular hour doesn’t work for you, then email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a start time that works best for you. You don’t need to know anything when you show up! You will be led through everything step by step.
2. I’ve done other styles of yoga before. Should I still sign up as a beginner?
Yes, please since all of the choreography will be new.
3. What should I wear?
Wear clean, comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in.
4. What should I bring?
Please bring a mat, a towel large enough to cover your mat, a hand towel and water.
5. How long should I expect to be there?
Plan on being there an hour for the first while.
6. Can I sign up for just one class?
No simply because it will take two weeks (at the very minimum) to get a basic understanding of how it all works. One class simply isn’t enough time. That’s why there is the two week intro pass.
